David became interested in the Real Estate business at an early age when his mother was a broker in California. Growing up and seeing how business was conducted and the happy buyers with their new homes, was a great introduction into this wonderful business. After receiving his California Real Estate license in 1977 David decided to work in the mortgage business. With three years of arranging mortgages, David decided to sell real estate, which was his original objective. But after about two years he felt that the mortgage business was really where his heart was and he went back to the mortgage business for good. David has worked with many families through the years assisting them into their first home and then again working with them to move up to a larger home as their families grew. David continues to work with many clients that have through the years brought their own children to him for their first purchase.
